Nice apartment with a Dubai Marina view, and Jumaira Beach is a five-minute walk away.

My kids loved the surroundings, and the place felt like home. Our Host Mark from Gardenia homes was understanding and really supportive. A very good place to stay.

The bay views and location were the highlights for me. It’s a little away from the city center, but cafes and restaurants are all around, which made it a nice spot for a relaxing stay with some local flavor. The apartment was clean and well maintained, though the building is clearly older. Chipped, worn bathroom tiles made a poor first impression, and while everything worked, it didn’t feel as luxurious as advertised. Booking.com’s customer service reps were friendly, but not very responsive when I contacted them. The cancellation policy was strict and gave little to no flexibility. I’d consider this place for a quiet bayside location near places to eat, but the older building and inflexible policy are worth knowing about. It may not suit someone looking for a luxurious stay.

JBR is right downstairs, just an elevator ride away, and the beach is a real three-minute walk. There’s 24/7 security and lots to do on level P, including two pools, a gym and play areas for kids. The apartments aren’t new, but they aren’t old either, and feel very homey.
