The bar music was loud enough to disturb my sleep. I stayed two nights with my family, and the room itself was a very poor experience: the sheets and pillow covers were dirty, dust was everywhere, and the carpet was in awful shape. The hair dryer didn’t work either. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I’ll never recommend it.

I thought the price I paid was worth it for my stay, though you have to be willing to tolerate the noise. The ground floor sound carries up at night, especially to the first and second floors. I was on the third, and it didn’t bother me much. Cleaning was done properly, but reception and staff could be more service-minded. Breakfast was lousy, and the room is basic at best. For the price, it could suit a solo traveler interested in the city’s nightlife. Couples and families should strictly avoid it.

We had to spend eight nights there because we couldn’t afford to move to another hotel. Most days and even nights we stayed outside, since being in the room was unbearable. They moved us twice, but the damp, smell, and lack of ventilation were the same. The staff promised a refund, but we still haven’t received anything. We have photos and message history with Agoda. The room smelled terrible and felt constantly damp, like a basement. The air was heavy and hard to breathe. The windows wouldn’t open, and there was no fresh air or ventilation. The air conditioner ran, but blew out a strong moldy, damp odor. The humidity and smell made me feel very ill, with nausea, vomiting, ongoing headaches, and weakness. Disco music played loudly each night until early morning, so sleeping was impossible. Prostitutes and their manager stood by the entrance near reception every night, creating a very uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. This was one of our worst hotel stays, and we absolutely don’t recommend it.

The suite had enough space, though the chairs and other furniture looked a bit old. A cigarette smoke smell kept coming into the room, and a bathroom leak was never fixed. Bars on the ground and first floors stayed active until early morning, with music all night that disturbed us. The complimentary breakfast was OK. We stayed for three days and nights.
