Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartment

The people working there made the stay feel welcoming and easy, and I’d consider coming back. At checkout I was in a rush, but Zain at reception handled everything quickly and smoothly. Zubeir from security was always approachable and cheerful when I needed directions or had a quick question. Moinudden from housekeeping also took extra care to make the apartment comfortable, and the small details didn’t go unnoticed. I stayed at this apartment hotel in Dubai back in January, and it was a really positive experience.

The room was decent, though the price was on the high side for what they seemed to count as their standards. The bathroom was extremely small, more like one for children than adults, and uncomfortable to use. I’d been promised “deep cleaning,” but saw only basic surface cleaning. The cleaner used the same mop in the washroom and apartment, saying, “They ask us to do so,” though it wasn’t clear who “they” meant. He mopped with water alone, no cleaning or sanitizing liquid, and said, “it's heavy smell. Kid is there so not using”. I can’t see how that counts as deep cleaning. The bathroom mat towel was rolled up with the bed linens. I was told that’s how they wash everything together, including linen kids sleep on, and apparently not room by room. After the cleaning, the cleaner left the new mat towel on the bathroom shelf and told us to put it out ourselves. When I asked him to do it, he declined, saying, “It’s wet, I can’t put it now.” These cleaning practices were unlike anything I’ve seen, and the hygiene standards concerned me. Several firsts, none I’d want again.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were roomy and well equipped. I had a comfortable, relaxed stay at Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartments (Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartments). A convenient city option! ✨

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the staff were really friendly. It’s a nice hotel, which made the very strong smoke smell especially disappointing. It made the stay uncomfortable.
