Choithrams at the foot of the residence makes day-to-day life easy. It’s well stocked with essentials, fresh meat, seafood, fish, and even pork products, just an elevator ride away. Golden Mile is a few minutes off, with shops, cafés, and services, and there are relaxed beach clubs and restaurants nearby. The location at the start of the Palm is convenient, without the long drive farther into the fronds. It’s also remarkably quiet and feels like a peaceful retreat. The clean, calm beach is just steps away, with a lovely 2-kilometer walk along the beginning of the Palm for a morning run or sunset stroll. The views are spectacular, including Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, and open sea all in one view. The 45-meter pool has a wide panorama and works well for swimming laps or just relaxing. A great fit for a calm, upscale life by the sea.

There’s a very quiet atmosphere here, and you can watch the sunrise every day. The residential pool is Olympic sized, open to residents and their visitors, with temperature-controlled water and a sea view towards Burj al Arab. The building has a great location on Palm Jumeirah and stunning views. A lot of improvements have been happening recently, with more planned.

The pool and gym are old and falling apart, and the building is badly run. Even getting a cleaner into an apartment requires a permit that takes days. Security makes basic things difficult and is rude and unhelpful. There’s no service elevator, so the regular lifts are always crowded with workers and delivery people. The building also has cockroaches and bed bugs.
