We wasted an hour and a half and had nobody at the hotel we could speak to. We had a child with us, and the whole thing was really upsetting. Our booking was confirmed, but when we arrived they said we needed to provide the room number. Agoda and SADAF should have communicated with each other. We book hotels regularly and had never had this happen before. Agoda told us they couldn't contact SADAF management. Very bad service and a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful, fully renovated 2BR in SADAF7- 2305. The apartment had a full sea view and bright, lovely colors in its luxury furniture, giving it a look quite different from other JBR apartments. It’s in a perfect location, with easy access in and out of the building and no getting stuck in traffic. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and everything else are right below. Amazing deal 😍😍

Really disappointed by the security behavior in the ground floor parking area. There are lots of parking spaces available, but visitor parking isn’t allowed.

JBR has such a lively atmosphere, clean beach, and loads of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore. The sea views and modern surroundings are lovely, and the area feels safe and well organized. I had a great time walking along The Walk, enjoying the beach, and dining by the water. Definitely a must-visit spot in Dubai, highly recommended!
