Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City

We had to extend our stay by a few days because of an emergency. Breakfast was buffet style, with Western, Chinese, and Indian food, and lots of options that were easy for Japanese people to eat. Lal from the hall staff chatted with us often and helped despite our poor English. Sneha and Mosta also did their best to communicate, always responding with a smile. We could feel the hotel’s warmth toward its guests. The cleaning staff did more than clean: even when they weren’t cleaning, they changed towels, collected trash, and brought water.

Myo at reception is especially friendly and helpful. Mia, ann, hedra and loka are amazing too, and Haider from concierg was fantastic. I didn’t even have to ask for help, they were always checking in. The staff are kind, the service is nice, and the room cleaning is so good.

We also had tickets to the La Perle show as part of our stay, and it was fantastic, awesome!! From arrival onward, everything felt warm, smooth, and well managed. Ms. Kyawt took care of both check-in and check-out with real professionalism and grace. She went out of her way to make everything easy and make us feel welcome and valued. That kind of hospitality is rare, and she represents the hotel’s high standards so well. A fantastic stay, and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The valet service became a daily frustration. Sometimes I waited close to an hour for my car, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. It made me wonder if I’d choose the hotel again, and I hope management addresses it properly. That’s disappointing, because I truly enjoyed many other parts of my stay at Hilton Al Habtoor Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were very clean, check-in and check-out were smooth and professional, and staff were generally polite. The atmosphere was excellent, and everything else was genuinely close to perfect.
