Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park an IHG Hotel

The location worked pretty well for me, with the metro and highway nearby, though it may not suit everyone. Breakfast didn’t have loads of choice, but what was there was good quality, including fresh fruit and salads. My room was clean and tidy, the sheets were fresh, and the shampoo and body wash were good quality and replenished daily. I enjoyed my stay.

The food was delicious, and I especially want to thank the Chef for that. Mr. Shams and the rest of the staff were wonderful too. Everything felt pleasant and well organized, and the service was excellent. I had a lovely stay and would be happy to return.

The restaurant service and room service were both nice, and chef ghambeer made sure our food was prepared well. I did feel the restaurant was a bit short-staffed in the morning, when I saw just two people working there. We were in Dubai for a family vacation and found the rooms clean, though small, which was understandable. Holday Inn Safa park is in a prime spot, about 2kms from burj and dubai mall. We had a pleasant stay.

The best part was how clean they keep this place. I felt comfortable walking around barefoot or in my socks, which I’ve never felt at another hotel. The room had a nice view of the Burj Khalifa, and the lobby water machine lets you choose the temperature and sparkling water, with adjustable carbonation. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location is superb, with shops nearby and easy access to the metro and taxis. The hotel is modern, and the staff were amazingly hospitable. I left a bag behind in my room and hurried back; Mohan kindly took me back in to get it. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and all the best to the staff.
