Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection

The room was clean and a standard size. It was quiet, and the staff were polite and helpful, especially the pool attendant, who was very respectful and professional. The breakfast tasted good, and the pizzas are worth trying. We paid for breakfast expecting a buffet, but they hadn't planned for the hotel to be full during Eid, so that wasn't available. I might come back. The bathroom setup was unusual: the bath and tub were separate and out in the open, while the toilet had its own room. I'm not quite sure about the room layout. It was okay, but if you have little kids who like to run around and explore, you may want to think twice.

The location was a highlight, and the food was very good. Every staff member I met was warm and professional, which made the stay a pleasure. Thanks especially to the reception team, Mr.Ahmed, Aml, and Erven; to housekeeping, Mr. Kiran, nabin, shakal, and Musa; and to Mrs. Merabith and her restaurant team. Wishing you all success!

We had three rooms for our family during a four-night visit to Dubai, and everyone helped make the stay easy and enjoyable. Earvin, Moosa, and the colleague from reception whose name I didn't get were all approachable, helpful, and professional. Kavin from the Operator, Zafar from the evening pool service, Roky, and our favorite, Maribeth at breakfast, were always ready to help. The housekeepers did a wonderful job keeping our rooms clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay and are very grateful. Looking forward to coming back!

The Downtown Dubai location is excellent, and the stay was great value. Booking was easy and flexible despite the current turmoil. From the front desk to room service, everyone handled things flawlessly and went out of their way to meet our requests. Highly recommend.
