Hotel ibis Al Rigga

Syed and Megha were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I also found the hotel clean and comfortable, with good value for money. It’s in a convenient spot near the metro, restaurants, and shopping. I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Al Rigga Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. I hope to return.

I stayed for over a week and felt well looked after. The reception team was welcoming and quick to help, especially Omar, whose lovely smile deserves a mention 🤗🤩. Housekeeping kept my room neat and clean every day, and thanks for the coffee each morning too. Thanks, team!

I checked out early on 31 May, even though my company had booked me through 8 June. The poor service, lack of support, and stressful stay led me to leave. I can’t recommend this property. Basic requests became a struggle. I repeatedly had to call reception for towels, tissue paper, drinking water, and housekeeping, then follow up again before anyone helped. The service and management support felt far below an acceptable standard. I was especially disturbed by what happened when I went out for lunch. A housekeeping staff member entered my room and only changed the bedsheets. Later, I found my wallet, which contained AED 3,850, was missing. I did not file a police complaint because I’m new to Dubai and didn’t want to add more stress for my parents. The hotel’s response left me feeling unsupported and worried about the safety of my belongings. I felt frustrated rather than safe or comfortable during my stay.

Breakfast at ibis Dubai Al Rigga was fresh, tasty, and well prepared each morning, with a good selection. Shashini made it even nicer with her warm, attentive welcome and professional service. I really appreciated it!
