ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai

I’ve been at Ibis Styles Dragon Mart for over a month, and it really feels like a home away from home. The reception team made check-in and the rest of my stay easy and welcoming. Faustina from housekeeping deserves a special shout-out for being efficient, professional, and friendly. Her eye for detail and warm manner have made a real difference to my daily comfort. Requests are handled well, and the atmosphere is great. A reliable, friendly place to stay in Dubai.

Rakesh, Kavishi, Nardose, Prazol, Maya, and Shubham from housekeeping made a real difference during my visit. They were courteous and responsive, kept the room clean and well arranged, and took care of requests promptly. Even their warm greetings showed how much they cared about guests’ comfort. The whole team’s attention to detail helped create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would happily visit again.

The bar was a highlight. The bartender welcomed us, treated us well, and suggested a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The hotel is away from the main city, so it suited a peaceful stay. Check-in was smooth and informative, and we had a comfortable, pretty room overlooking Dragon Mart. A supermarket and cinema are just steps away, the bus station gives direct connectivity, and taxis are available outside around the clock. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’m miserable here and glad to be going home, where I know how to handle people. I have a special need and use a walking stick, but nobody took my luggage from the taxi. The security guard told me with an attitude that nobody could help, so I carried it to reception myself. I asked if they had a wheelchair to help me get to the room, and that same guard brought one. Hilarious. There was only hand wash and shampoo in the room, so I had to ask for extra pillows. My bedsheets were already stained, and there were insects. I have asthma, so I asked for something without a smell. The next day I requested housekeeping three times and waited several hours. When they finally came, they dropped my things on the floor in front of me. I had to guide people whose job every day is to serve. I’ve travelled to many countries, and sometimes even five-star hotels haven’t been good enough for me, but this was one of the worst hotels.
