After maintenance work in a unit today, the 11th floor was left extremely dusty and dirty. The corridor is open, so it already tends to collect dust and creepers, but the cleanup after the work was inadequate. By afternoon, paint and thinner fumes were strong throughout the floor, which felt uncomfortable and unsafe with toddlers and infants living there. Rust and debris were also left behind, making things look messy and unhygienic. Please arrange a full cleaning and sanitizing of the 11th floor, ensure proper ventilation and precautions during future work, and have contractors clean up when they finish. Thank you for helping keep the building safe and clean. Best regards, Shahrukh Resident D tower

The prices are fair, but air conditioning is expensive. Pest control is also always needed.

It's a nice residential area with not too many people. Buses from Dubai Mall head this way every 30 minutes, and they stick to their schedule.

The apartment looks attractive. I went to room E-1210 for renovation.
