J5 Villas Holiday Homes - Barsha Gardens

There aren’t proper garbage bins or many utensils for making tea or coffee, and you don’t get a refund if you check out early. For a little extra money, I’d book a hotel instead if peace of mind matters.

We spent 10 days in the villa at J5, Barsha Gardens. The layout is good, but the place needs more upkeep, particularly around safety and cleanliness. The pool tiles are damaged and have sharp edges where the grout has worn away. This caused several scratches and even injured a child, which is a real safety concern. The dishwasher still didn’t work after a service visit, the living room couches were torn and worn, and the cooking pans were dirty and in poor condition and clearly need replacing. We stayed here last year, and it was better then.

The night shift team were especially friendly, and I’m grateful to the staff. The place is spacious and comfortable, so it was a great experience overall. I do have a few comments about some services, though.

Good value, and I liked the room.
