It’s a good place in the JLT area, near DMCC Metro. The main problem is that rainwater comes into the bedroom when it rains outside. That needs proper planning.

As paying customers, we should be spoken to respectfully and professionally. On a recent visit to the office, Mr. Amir Khan was speaking very loudly and acting in a way I found inappropriate. I hope Global Lake View Management looks into what happened and makes sure staff treat customers with good manners.

We’ve lived in Global Lake View for two years, so we know the building has ongoing issues. When we went to the office to ask about service charges and arrange payment, the manager, Amer, denied there were any problems. He seemed irritated, didn’t communicate properly, and appeared to want to end the conversation without addressing our concerns. This was a shocking experience, especially as it’s the first time we’ve dealt with behavior like this in Dubai. Building managers should be respectful, approachable, and willing to find solutions. Asteco should make sure its managers receive better training in communication and customer service. This conduct was unacceptable.

The pool is great, and the gym is good enough. It’s also close to the Metro, with great views. A good place to live in JLT.
