Jumeirah Al Qasr Dubai Hotel

The peaceful atmosphere made this one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The pool is large and very clean, with trees and lovely views all around, which makes it a relaxing place to spend time. Breakfast has a wide range of choices, and I especially loved the pancakes. I also enjoyed having direct access to the beach and pool, as well as occasional complimentary buggy rides to Wild Wadi. The rooms have stunning views, and the location is ideal for walking to Souk Madinat and Burj Al Arab. A great spot for a restful, memorable stay.

The service really stood out. Everyone was so warm and helpful, quick to handle requests, and made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming. The room at Jumeirah Al Qasr was gorgeous too, with a cozy, luxurious feel, lovely 3rab-style decor, and amazing views of the Burj Al-Arab. It felt relaxing and high-end without being too formal. I wore a casual abaya, or a loose covered dress, and that was acceptable. I shared this on TikTok and wanted to post it here too. I really recommend the place and hope others get to enjoy a stay there.

I went to Al Fayrooz Lounge at Jumeirah Al Qasr after the Candle Light Concert, on the recommendation of the transport manager I met on my way back. It was just right for ending the evening: elegant setting, lovely food, and peaceful surroundings. The manager was very professional and welcoming, too. The concert itself felt magical from the moment I arrived, with a beautifully arranged atmosphere and organization. I went on my own and honestly had the best time. It felt refreshing and empowering to enjoy such a lovely experience solo. Jumeirah has several other attractive lounges and dining spots, and I’m looking forward to trying them. Highly recommend for a special, classy evening.

The hotel was spotless and beautifully kept, which added to the calm, luxurious feel of our stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr. We felt refreshed and thoroughly spoiled by the time we left. From arrival, everything was organized so smoothly that we could just relax. The staff made the experience especially good. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating, with thoughtful touches that made us feel looked after. It never seemed like anything was too much trouble. We had a fantastic time and would happily return.
