Julie at the pool looked after us so well. Her kindness and attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated her hospitality. The facilities were excellent and well maintained, breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality, and the staff throughout Jumeirah Beach Hotel were warm and attentive. It was a lovely, relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely come back.

I’m changing my rating from five stars to three. Today we tried to book another weekend at your hotel, this time four rooms for two nights. I sent a message and followed up several times, but after waiting more than an hour I still hadn’t had a reply. We only wanted to know the rate, so we ended up booking somewhere else. It’s a shame because our previous stay was very positive. I had a great birthday weekend at this establishment, especially thanks to Julie at the pool. Even in the intense heat, the quality of her work never dropped, and she kept an incredible smile throughout the service. Her professionalism, energy, and attentiveness made a real difference and made us want to return. I’m finally updating my review and rating.

Everything else about my stay was excellent, but breakfast felt awkward because the staff member kept interrupting our table. He offered another coffee as an apology just as I started drinking mine, asked again halfway through, then came back a third time to apologize for the delay. He also brought fruit we hadn’t ordered. We felt uncomfortable refusing it because we don’t like wasting food, and fruit isn’t part of our breakfast. I’d ordered coffee and waited 15 minutes. After I followed up and it still hadn’t arrived, I went to the barista myself. The same staff member later asked if I wanted a "skinny latte", despite my earlier requests. The coffee finally came after 30 minutes. Attentive service is nice, but the timing and reading the table matter. I hope this helps with staff training on service etiquette and timing.

Paul at reception made my check-in feel memorable. He was welcoming and efficient, answered my questions patiently, and was genuinely eager to help. He went out of his way to make sure things were right, and I felt valued as a guest. Jumeirah Beach Hotel itself was outstanding, with beautiful views, excellent facilities, and immaculate upkeep. The service was consistently excellent, and every staff member I met showed the same warmth and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with care. My stay exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely return. I highly recommend it.
