Featuring an avant-garde design by architect Shaun Killa, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab includes a hotel with 386 rooms and suites, an 82-berth superyacht marina by D-Marin, a remarkable spa, and an array of unique dining experiences. All rooms feature outdoor terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows designed to maximize breathtaking views across the Arabian Gulf. Landscaped grounds conceal four pools, thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest, from families to spa enthusiasts. Wellness is reimagined across three floors of spa space, with dedicated women-only areas and treatment rooms. The 11 restaurants and 4 bars are inspired by destinations around the globe offering distinctive experiences.

Nahom and Adams have made the private residence pool feel especially welcoming and luxurious. Over the past months we’ve lived here, they’ve made each day special and looked after what we needed. The pool is beautifully designed and is one of the Residence’s strongest features. The staff are warm and attentive, and my whole family has always been accommodated and cared for. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the restaurant feels welcoming. A wonderful residence that makes you feel at home.

The private pool and residents-only restaurant give Marsa Al Arab Residences a boutique resort feel, and the location is fantastic. In Jumeirah 3, it’s a great place to live if you want comfort, privacy, and understated luxury. The design is beautiful, with excellent finishes. The spaces feel modern, elegant, and thoughtfully laid out. A real high-end gem.

A special thank you to the housekeeping team for making our stay more comfortable and memorable. They were friendly and cooperative, and managed their time well. Mr. Sandesh Aryal and Khemraj deserve special thanks, along with Rajan, Sandesh, Faizal, and Kismat. The Guest Service Team were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Ms. Erin, Ms. Zhanna, Ahmed, and Anas went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. The residence was clean and well maintained, with thoughtfully designed rooms and modern, inviting facilities. Everything felt organized and cared for. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the staff’s excellent service made my stay memorable. Dear Team, wishing you all a Happy New Year. I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residence in rooms 506, 312, and 212.

I loved the ambiance, rooms, and service at this beautiful place, but some restaurants in the Jumeriah property were a complete disappointment and spoiled part of our dining experience: Kira in Al Marsa and Mei in Mina Al Salam. The food was tasteless, there were no vegan gluten-free options, and the staff were extremely rude. They even suggested French Fries for our dinner. Really!!!!!! I don’t know why Jumeriah doesn’t check these restaurants before letting such poorly managed places open on the property.
