Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Dubai Hotel

The atmosphere was calm, classy, and uncrowded, which made it easy to enjoy time with friends around the pool and private beach. We had a very pleasant, memorable stay and would highly recommend it. The hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Food was very good, nicely presented, and offered a good variety. There was some nearby construction, but it didn’t bother us much, and the excellent service made it easy to overlook.

Yasmeen was so kind and welcoming, and made sure we felt cared for throughout the weekend. A special thank you to her for making the experience even more memorable. We had a wonderful weekend at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. They let us check in early and check out late, so we could enjoy every moment. The cake and balloons for my son were a thoughtful touch. The spa was incredible and relaxing, and the hotel’s beautiful interiors and restful atmosphere made the whole stay feel luxurious. We can’t wait to come back!

The resort’s people made the biggest difference. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and clearly committed to making guests feel special. The setting is stunning, with a lovely pool and beautiful private beach that’s perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed excellent food and plenty of variety at the hotel restaurants. From arrival to departure, we felt welcome and well cared for, and had a great stay. We’d happily return and can’t wait to see the new rooms. Highly recommended for the service and atmosphere.
