The daily disruption has made working from home, resting, and just having a normal routine impossible. Office construction above the residential units has dragged on for over eight months, with no clear end date. The noise, dust, and vibration make living here almost unbearable. Workers are meant to start at 9:00 AM, but regularly begin drilling at 8:00 AM. Work also carries on Saturdays and Sundays, so there’s no real quiet time, even on weekends. Management is vague and unhelpful, saying repeatedly that it will be finished “soon” while months go by without meaningful progress. If you’re considering Airbnb, do NOT rent this property for short-term stays. Guests will get early-morning drilling, weekend construction, and constant disruption, which will lead to complaints and negative reviews. This building isn’t suitable for Airbnb or short-term rentals. I regret buying in this Binghatti development. The quality of life is unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying or renting here to think twice. This purchase has been a major regret.

Construction noise reaches even the higher floors. The studios are tiny for the price, and the fire alarm keeps going off for no reason. Ventilation is so poor that it feels like sleeping in a kitchen, and the kitchen appliances are low quality. Honestly, I’d never recommend this place.

There’s no sidewalk, so walking to the shop means using the road with cars. It feels like they don’t care about people’s safety, and the surroundings are dirty. The location is bad and the apartments are low quality. Fire alarms go off all the time. The studios are smaller than prison cells, and the high-tech features are terrible. I want a door key, not a laggy finger scanner that feels like it’s from 2008. Terrible building!

After just five months as the first owner, the paint in my bathroom is already peeling, and the materials feel extremely poor quality. When I reported a blocked drain, maintenance refused to fix it without a fee. They’re unresponsive and try to charge for every issue, even basic things that should be covered. The AC barely works and keeps failing to cool properly, which is unbearable in this weather. Dust fills the whole building, making it feel unhealthy to live in, and the neighborhood is noisy and unpleasant with construction all around. I regret moving here. It was marketed as new and high standard, but the reality is very different: poor finishes, terrible maintenance, and a bad living environment. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
