JVC - Bloom Tower B 1808

I want to thank the Bloom Tower B administration and security team. They alerted me in real time when representatives of the management company for unit 1308 entered my home illegally. After an extrajudicial eviction, the building also let me keep my belongings in the elevator area for three days, which was support the management company had denied me. I am publicly denouncing JSR Global Vacation Home Rentals LLC. After the worker involved in the theft of 20,000 AED was arrested, Police Case No. 225007029378, I was given seven checks. They were meant to cover a smaller amount, but were deliberately written for AED 25,711 with errors that make them impossible to collect. I believe this was a fraud tactic to deceive justice and secure the detainee’s release through false promises. I also have evidence that the company uses 'Vacation Home' contracts for six-month residential rentals, avoiding Ejari registration and tax obligations to Dubai authorities. Building cameras recorded my youngest son waiting alone on the sidewalk after the company carried out the illegal eviction. I ask the Bloom Tower B administration to mediate with JSR Global for the immediate return of my 20,000 AED. I am reopening the criminal case by reporting what I say is systematic fraud. I won’t withdraw this warning until the full amount is returned. The building must be protected from companies operating with this level of irregularity.

There’s plenty of parking across five floors, so finding a space has never been an issue for me. Bloom Towers also has two gyms and two swimming pools, and the management deserves credit for keeping the place clean and well maintained. They’re attentive and responsive. Getting onto and off Al Khail Road is easy, which makes commuting or exploring Dubai convenient. The views are beautiful and bring a bit of calm to everyday life. It’s a family-friendly area, with Circle Shopping Mall a short walk away and lots of nearby restaurants and facilities. With the location, views, amenities, and upkeep, I’d recommend Bloom Towers to anyone looking for a place to live or invest in JVC Dubai. I’m grateful to have called it home.

The facility management team does a great job, and the community is full of friendly, good-looking people. They recently cut the A/C bill by around 40%, which I really appreciate. I’ve been here almost five years and love the place. It’s clean and well maintained, with a luxurious feel, distinctive views, great pools and gyms, and quick access to highways and lots of attractive places nearby. I’d highly recommend living here.

The view is amazing, and the staff are friendly. There’s lots of parking and two huge pools. I love the place, with its great JVC location and easy access to Al Khail road.
