Even though the current situation must make things feel anxious for the staff too, they kept the hotel feeling calm and normal. It felt safe, clean, strong, professional, and grand. Thank you to everyone at JW Marriott, from the cleaners and cooks to the managers, doormen, and room delivery staff. The people who brought my food also reassured me when I said I was worried. Their care, resilience, and hospitality really inspired me. The team carries this place with grace and dignity, and they’ve consistently been remarkable. This feels like more than a five-star hotel. If I return to Dubai, I’d stay here again.

What stood out most was how clean and organized everything was, along with the luxurious feel throughout. We felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is a beautiful, modern hotel, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The leisure and sports facilities were excellent, and everyone had a great time. Big thanks to the whole team, this stay was exceptional and deserves high praise. Highly recommended!

We’ve visited Dubai a few times, but this trip was the most memorable. The meals were perfect with a good variety, and room service was very prompt. The cleaning staff were respectful and ready to help. Service throughout the hotel was fantastic, from Derek handling the bags to Lily in the breakfast Restaurant.

Jayamuthu at the front desk was so kind and patient during our stay, always greeting us with the warmest smile whenever we went out or came back. It made a real difference. We spent five unforgettable nights at JW Marriott Dubai for our honeymoon, and the service was on another level. Every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. Bellman Simpo made the trip extra special. He was friendly, chatted with us, and helped patiently with directions. Once he learned it was our honeymoon, he surprised us with thoughtful gifts and a handwritten note. Such a sweet gesture we’ll always remember.
