The pool was one of the classiest and prettiest we've seen, and the facilities were top-notch. We had a relaxing, elegant staycation at Kempinski, with a comfortable, beautifully maintained room and staff who were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We loved it and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it for a luxurious, memorable stay.

On May 29th, my friend and I arrived for a day pass after paying for a taxi and coming all that way. The night before, we had called to check the price because the website listed 159 AED including food. The woman on the phone confirmed both the price and that meals were included. At reception, we were told it was actually 250 AED. Staff said the same issue had happened with another customer the day before and told us we could enter if we paid 250 AED. It felt as though they were making us out to be liars. We asked for a manager. Someone came, but only said sorry, and I don't even believe she was the actual manager. The whole thing was handled very badly. Staff outside were extremely slow, and the pool wasn't very clean, but the biggest issue was being given misleading information. Since we'd already arrived and paid for a taxi, we felt forced to pay the higher amount rather than go back. We spent money we hadn't planned on because of what the hotel staff told us. Why give customers false information? If needed, the phone calls should be reviewed. It was a very unpleasant experience, completely unworthy of a hotel like this. I don't recommend it and will report the situation to Dubai Tourism.

We stayed at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah from 18th April to 19th April and enjoyed it very much. From arrival through check-out, the whole team treated us with warmth, care, and professionalism. Such a laid-back place, with good service, great amenities, and a nice clientele. The beach is a dream, and Villamore restaurant on the beach is too. Loved the pool and swim-up bar. It has a very old Dubai feel, the kind of place to live if you're ”established”. Skip the steel and glass buildings, we all need a palace.
