The greenery, lake, and swimming pools make The Greens feel like a great place to live. It’s also in a central part of new Dubai, close to the mall of the Emirates. There’s a small shopping mall nearby, and the community atmosphere is really nice. One of the best areas in Dubai for rented flats and apartments.

I’ve lived in several places in Dubai, and The greens has been the best. The neighbors are lovely and supportive, management is great, and getting to the rest of the city is easy.

The area is very clean, and the metro can be reached on foot. I enjoyed walking around the lakes, stopping for coffee, and then heading back to the building. Beautiful neighborhood.

Early morning is a great time to walk around the main lake and between the buildings. It’s peaceful, clean, and usually free of crowds.
