The atmosphere is always crowded, with vehicles honking 🤪. It’s a handy central spot for getting to DMCC metro station and Palm Jumeirah beach, and there’s a lake all around it.

Getting to this building by metro is easy, and the building itself is great. The security guards working here, though, are mean and disrespectful.

The surroundings and view are lovely, and the people nearby are great. There’s a supermarket and metro close by too. I love this building and its view, and it feels totally worth staying here.

This is the oldest building, and it feels old and broken. Pipes keep bursting and things are always breaking. Management won’t allow sun loungers at the swimming pools.

I’ve lived here for the past two years, and the building’s maintenance has improved a lot. My apartment is clean, cosy and sweet, and it’s kept up well. The building is well maintained now, feels very secure, and has an experienced security team. The location is convenient. Two supermarkets are attached to the building, including one that’s open 24/7. There’s cheap laundry right at the door, plus plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby with tasty food. The metro is close, Jumeirah beach is an easy walk, and Marina mall and Marina walk are nearby for free time. There’s also spacious parking. Overall, I recommend it to people looking to rent affordably in dubai marina.
