I was unlucky to discover the cockroach infestation on my first day, after finding out late. The first floor of Capitol Tower is infested, and the hygiene is terrible. Everyone seemed to be asking for money, including 5 AED per hour for parking, plus other charges I can't list. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I hope Dubai Municipality fines the building.

The rooms are cheap and it's quite accessible, so it seems like a good place to start out in Dubai. There are some insects, though.
