The community itself is a wonderful place to be. Masha Allah! You’re in the heart of a lavish, architecturally advanced city, but you still get the feel of a vintage city. There are green trees, birds, small fountains, and a kids’ play area. I’d strongly recommend it for short or long stays with family. The community is split into OTR-A (Old Town Residence A) and OTR-B. OTR-A is the AL MANZIL DISTRICT, with three subdivisions: YANSOON, REEHAN, and ZAFRAAN. OTR-B is the QAMARDEEN DISTRICT, also with three: KAMOON, MISKA, and JANZBEEL. Each subdivided building community has its own swimming pool. The only drawback I found is that none of them has a gym.
