Indira and Kate made our lounge visit genuinely memorable. They were warm, attentive, kind, and still completely professional, with such positive energy throughout. The Kempinski Boulevard is already a wonderful place to stay, but their service is what made our time there feel truly outstanding. That balance of comfort and professionalism is rare. The rooms at Kempinski are spacious, beautifully finished, and clearly of very high quality. Being directly connected to Dubai Mall, with Burj Khalifa so close by, is a huge advantage too. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were attentive, efficient, and available whenever we needed them. This was our first hotel in Dubai, and if the rest of the city offers service like this, then Kempinski is easily among the best hotel experiences we've had anywhere in the world. Highly recommended.

Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel, Dubai, was a great place to spend a few days. It is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. Deshika, the room attendant, deserves special thanks. She was friendly and polite every day, and she consistently left my room spotless. I truly appreciated her outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Banquet Department on the Ground Floor at Kempinski The Boulevard provided exceptional support during our GLOMACS training program. From our arrival, the reservation and banquet teams coordinated everything smoothly, responded quickly, and kept the arrangements elegant and at a high hospitality standard. Mr. Rajender and Mr. Ahmed deserve particular appreciation for their support, management, and attention to detail. The entire team were truly superstars, and their work made a huge difference.
