The breakfast had plenty of choices, all fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The rooms were spotless, with clear attention to detail, and the whole place felt welcoming and comfortable. Although the hotel had only opened about three months ago, the standard already felt very high. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. I booked just one day ahead because I was arriving early the next morning, and a staff member volunteered to arrange a refund for the extra day. I haven't followed up yet, but I appreciated that they thought of it and offered without being asked. It says a lot about their approach to service. A very pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely return. The people here made the stay. Everyone was genuinely kind, and the hospitality was the best I've had at hotels worldwide. Fariba made everything easy and was so sweet, while Gaith helped with our bags and was incredibly helpful too. Their warmth made it hard to imagine trying another hotel in Dubai. We were so grateful we chose this hotel for our first Dubai trip. It smells amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the whole place feels luxurious. The price was great too, so I'll keep coming back whenever I'm here. Can't wait to return, and thanks so much to the team.

For our honeymoon, we chose this beautiful hotel near the beach, with amazing food and friendly staff. They offered full board, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though I wish the lunch and dinner menus had been different. We couldn't book the SPA because it was occupied, so we'll try next time. Natalia at the front desk was so helpful, and Lohit and Prakash from house keeping were very kind and did their jobs so well. The whole team also arranged a lovely surprise in our room.

We booked a staycation for my husband's birthday and had an amazing time. The staff had set up a cute, beautiful surprise for our arrival, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Kelly gave me a massage that was honestly the best; she was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. It was good value for money, and our stay and massage were so good that I had to write a review even though I don't usually.
