The building is dirty and seems to cut corners wherever it can. The AC is turned down everywhere, the gym is a mess with broken equipment, and the windows are so filthy you can’t see through them. During my 5 days there, I killed at least 12 bugs. Stay away if you care about your health.

A dirty, disgusting building with lots of bugs. The pool has been out of order for almost a year, and only the treadmill in the gym works. Construction goes on Monday to Saturday from 9 am, even though the law throughout Dubai is Monday to Friday from 10 am!

Wow, a great spot for an evening with family. The infrastructure is great, we enjoyed it.

I lived in this building for almost 2 years with damaged AC. The owner kept ignoring me whenever I asked him to fix it. In the end, he said he wouldn’t repair it and that I could leave if I didn’t like it. Terrible building and maintenance service, everything is bad. Don’t rent there.

The building is an older, human-sized low rise and could use renovation. Still, the location is very convenient, near the metro, Marina Walk, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Security are friendly.
