During our six-week stay, Prabhu handled the room cleaning and listened carefully to our requests and concerns. When our kids had little accidents, like staining the carpet, the team was patient and understanding. Abhishek was also great at answering our questions. The management and reception team were incredibly kind and helpful when we needed to extend our stay multiple times, accommodating last-minute requests and making our move to Dubai more relaxing. Navin and Isabella ran breakfast service so well. Navin remembered our preferences and food orders, and as a fellow family man, he was very kind to our sons every morning. Once, after a late night, we arrived near the end of breakfast and my son’s favorite donuts were no longer on display. Navin offered to get him one from the back, saving my husband and me and making breakfast pleasant. The lifeguards were great too, as my sons went to the pool with my husband or me pretty much every day. We also celebrated my son’s birthday at the hotel. Staff surprised him with a slice of cake when we arrived, and Navin gave him another at breakfast on his actual birthday. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

The staff and reception team were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We also appreciated the lovely Valentine’s touch: flower petals arranged in hearts on the bed and a small cake with a sweet message. We didn’t try breakfast, room service, or the restaurant, so I can’t comment on those. The location is good, though you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. The room felt dated and needs a refresh, and the booking photos didn’t quite match what we found, so the price seemed a bit high. Still, we enjoyed our weekend as a couple, would recommend it, and will likely return.

Breakfast was lovely, and the accommodation was clean. Navin from the breakfast team was especially polite and helpful, checking in to make sure we were all right. It was our first time in Dubai, and we spent three nights here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well, close to Mircale Graden and about a 25-minute drive from Dubai mall. I’d recommend it.

Prabhu from room service deserves special thanks. He kept the room clean and well maintained, paid real attention to the details, and greeted me with a warm smile that made my mornings better. Staff like him are a big part of what makes guests feel at home, and I hope management continues to value and retain him. The breakfast area team and customer service staff were also friendly, professional, and supportive throughout my stay. I spent over a week at Millennium executive Hotel, Al barsha, Dubai, and found the room consistently clean and the location very convenient. I had a wonderful stay and recommend the hotel for longer visits.
