The view was the best part of our short visit, and the apartment felt peaceful, cozy, and spacious. We had a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed, with everything laid out thoughtfully. The place was spotless and well kept during our one night in the beautiful one bedroom apartment. Oksana was kind, quick to respond, and helpful, and made our stay feel welcoming and smooth. We really enjoyed being there and would happily return. Highly recommended.

The place was dirty, and the staff, including the head manager, were useless. During our one night there, the gas stove didn't work. They told us it would be fixed the next morning. We asked for a refund, but still haven't heard anything. We'll need to file a complaint with DET so they can inspect the place and fine them. This was the worst hotel accommodation in Dubai. Don't stay here.

I booked and paid in advance for two months because the location is so convenient, within walking distance of the Metro, JBR Beach, and Dubai Marina Mall. That's the only good thing I can say. Even with three elevators, I waited in long queues every day after work because partition rooms and bed spaces have overcrowded the building. These are illegal in Dubai, and management seems to ignore the crowding and code violations. The building feels more like somewhere in Deira or Karama than a premium location. For the past two weeks, the whole building's air conditioning hasn't worked. The temperature in Dubai is 49°C. I've complained several times to the agent I booked through, but got no solution or refund. They just say the DEWA bills are paid and blame Prime Management. I shouldn't have to deal with that blame game after paying for a livable, quality stay. The fire alarm also goes off every other night around 3 AM when there's clearly no fire, and the lifts stop working then. It's frustrating and dangerous. If there is a real emergency, people may ignore it, thinking it's another false alarm. Poor maintenance, no AC in peak summer, repeated false alarms, overcrowding, and illegal partitions make this unsafe and unfit for comfortable living. I don't recommend staying here until management takes serious action.

The night shift security team gives very poor service and isn't helpful. Residents also have to knock on the glass automatic door and wait for security to open the main entrance. We should be able to use access cards instead of waiting. There's no internet in the hallways or reception, which is very inconvenient.
