Kingsgate Al Jadaf By Millennium Hotel

The pool was a relaxing place to unwind after a long day, and the casual restaurant had tasty food at fair prices. The atmosphere was easygoing and welcoming, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. It's a good value budget hotel with simple, clean, cozy rooms that cover the basics without the cost of luxury. We would happily come back.

The location was a plus, with the creek view within walking distance for a pleasant stroll. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I had a small check-in problem, but they dealt with it quickly and professionally. My room was comfortable enough, though it could use a deep clean and some plumbing work. About once an hour, there was a grinding noise in the wall that interrupted my sleep. If it's temporary, maybe it's not a big deal, but anyone needing uninterrupted rest may want to keep it in mind.

Somehow my earlier review was removed. My experience here was absolutely horrific, and this hotel has very serious problems. I almost never give a one-star review, if ever, but this one deserves it without question. Avoid it at all costs.

The staff were very friendly, especially Amanda at reception, and the room was clean and spacious. I stayed three days at kingsgate Hotel Al-Jaddaf during a visit to Dubai in late 2026. It's in a nice city location, not too far from the airport, and good value for the money. I'd stay again.
