We were a family of four, with a young child and an elderly relative, and the staff took such thoughtful care of everyone. They were kind, attentive and always available, beyond what we expected. I highly recommend this place for families. Special thanks to Mohamed, the hotel manager, and the security team. They were outstanding.
We stayed here last week and it was the worst, dirtiest hotel I’ve been to. We also saw bedbugs, so beware. For the price, it wasn’t worth it after that experience.
The kitchen had enough cutlery and crockery, and the fridge and other equipment all worked well. The apartment was clean, though a bit old and used, but nothing to worry about. It’s about seven minutes from the metro and almost across the road from the mall of the emirates. Definitely worth choosing.
Not bad, this is the best hotel I’ve ever seen.
The hotel was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and professional. Its location is very handy, close to Emirates Mall and the metro, so shopping and getting around the city are easy. I’d gladly visit again and recommend it for a comfortable stay in a prime spot.
