I’ve been trying to get my 1,000 AED security deposit back for over 15 days. Support has been terrible: they don’t respond and have kept the money. I don’t recommend this company at all.

At Lux BnB 2BD Paramount Towers, the sink was blocked, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned, the dryer didn’t work, and there was no lobby assistant or service. Nandani was no help at all. A very bad experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, and I’m seeking a refund.
