I pay a lot to live here, so the filthy locker room, with beetles in it, is unacceptable. The concierge SHAH told me the sauna didn’t work, but I’d already provided my Emirates ID to access the gym and shouldn’t have needed an appointment. He was in the sauna area during work, in uniform, shaving and watching me undress to use it. This is a space for residents, and his behavior made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up going back to my flat to shower. He then reprimanded us as if we were doing something wrong, when he was the one who shouldn’t have been there. I find this unbelievable, and think it’s serious that an employee spends work hours shaving and watching residents in a private area. Please check the cameras to see how much time he spent there, even more than I did. Someone should take measures, and I’d like to know who manages the building.
