They present themselves as a hotel, but canceled my booking the day before the stay. They had asked for two payments, one for the stay and another deposit of around 1500AED to cover possible property damage. After canceling, they kept my money. Getting it back took five months and an investigation through my international credit card provider. Their contacts kept lying to me day after day, with no concern at all. Stay well away.
A very good place to live, with a great environment and neighbourhood.
The property still showed dates available on Booking.com well into 2026, even though I was told the rental contract ended in October 2025. After my booking was officially confirmed, they immediately requested my ID, then sent another message saying I had to cancel because they had “overlooked” the booking. The whole thing felt dishonest and made no sense. It was unprofessional, misleading, and a huge waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Book somewhere else and save yourself the stress.
We stayed for 5 days and it was a really bad experience. The old, damp mattresses made it hard to sleep, and the apartment wasn’t worth the amount they charged. There was no microwave in the kitchen, the dishwasher was faulty, and none of the bathrooms had a proper tap system. A complete waste of money. I’d give it a big 0 out of 10.
