Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah Hotel

The staff at the Marriott the Palm made our stay memorable, treating us like proper VIPs. That goes for the restaurant team, especially the breakfast staff, as well as housekeeping and the kitchen. A big shout out to Chef Krishan. The location is perfect, but great customer service is what earns the hotel its 10/10 from me. Five stars don't mean much without excellent staff. Thanks to the whole team, we'll be back for sure.

Our family stayed at the hotel during Eid, and it felt like a second home. The team confirmed our reservation almost three weeks ahead and helped with all the details of the celebration, including special amenities and a beautiful cake for my grandmother. That made the occasion especially memorable. The restaurants, pool, breakfast, and overall atmosphere made for a luxurious, relaxing family stay. Breakfast was a little crowded during the Eid holidays, but the staff handled it professionally and looked after everyone. The AC in some rooms wasn't as cold as expected; the team responded right away with a modern fan that worked perfectly. From the lobby to housekeeping and room service, staff were warm and professional and made us feel cared for like family. The attention throughout was remarkable. Thanks especially to Ms. Nouran, our main contact during booking, Mr. Abdulrahman from Reservations, Min, Paul, and the whole team. Sorry if I've forgotten anyone's name, everyone we met was welcoming, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend the hotel to families looking for a luxurious, relaxing, memorable stay.

The buffet had excellent food and a wide choice of cuisines. Rice and chicken sausage weren't on the menu, but Chef Kishna kindly arranged to have them specially prepared for us. He went above and beyond to make the meal memorable. Thanks to him and the whole team for their great service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

While the country was under attack last night, the staff kept everyone informed and organized a safe shelter until it was secure to return to our rooms. They managed the guests with remarkable professionalism, and their compassion and reassuring smiles never wavered during such uncertain times. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Mrs. Rania Chamoun for her strong, caring leadership and for guiding the team so well.
