Aisulu at reception made my stay much more enjoyable. She was welcoming, friendly, and professional, communicated really well, and was always willing to help. I appreciate her excellent hospitality and customer service. She's a real asset to the hotel.

Room 208 had a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa, and the evening lights made the upgrade well worth it. Abdullah made our room lovely every day, while Henry put particular effort into tailoring the experience to us. The whole team worked hard to make our stay at the Melia special, and we had a lovely time.
