Mr. Santosh, Housekeeping Senior Supervisor, deserves particular appreciation for his leadership and careful attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Under his supervision, the rooms and public spaces were clean, organized, and well maintained. He is helpful and professional, and his positive attitude clearly adds to the guest experience. The hotel also has spacious suites and apartments, a pool, gym, spa, and restaurants. Its location near the metro works well for business or family stays. Highly appreciated and recommended.

The team’s steady performance reflects the leadership of Supervisor Padam Gharti, who coordinates tasks smoothly and keeps standards high. Anup kept the room fresh with friendly, careful cleaning. The balcony was properly cleaned and the washroom was spotless. I also want to thank Supervisor Sushant for managing things so well; his work shows in the quality of service. The bed was comfortable, and I had peaceful nights. Their hard work made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Jovelyn made check-in feel personal and welcoming right from the start. When I had an issue with my account, the lady manager, whose name I forgot to ask, sorted it out quickly and professionally. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable this time around. A really nice stay, and I’d definitely come back.
