Monaco Hotel

The place gave me the impression of being pretty decent, but it was dirty and its condition left a lot to be desired. Even if you pay five dollars for a room, you still deserve cleanliness. I don’t get it.

The room’s cleanliness was poor: stained carpets, mold in the bathroom corners, and sheets that didn’t feel fresh. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I had to ask several times for basic things like towels. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, they barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed by questions about my booking, rolled their eyes, and dismissed my concerns. Useless night. NAME IS MONACO, WORK IS THIRD CLASS.

The rooms were really nice, with comfortable beds, a great view, and everything we needed. Service was great too. The yacht transport was fantastic, and the private island was very well kept. You could relax by the beautiful sea or swim in the pools with lots of colorful inflatables. What else can I say? I suggest going to try this place and the next ones under construction. Surprising.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I also found the staff outstanding, friendly, professional, and happy to help from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, including fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The Monaco Hotel is in the heart of Dubai, so getting to key attractions, shopping centers, and public transport was easy. My stay was truly delightful and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to business and leisure travelers looking for quality accommodation in Dubai.
