The security staff’s behavior isn’t good. What kind of justice is it when people with money get respect, while those who work hard don’t?

Watch out for cockroaches and unpleasant building management. During the year we lived there, we had too many problems with management. They didn’t reserve my parking spot, so others parked in it and they did nothing. The receptionist didn’t explain the moving-out procedure properly either, and I lost money because of that. The cockroaches are everywhere near the garbage chute and in nearby flats.

The building is in a good location, but the finish quality doesn't justify how expensive it is. I rented a studio facing the construction site across from Four Seasons Hotel, on the Frame/Oud Meta side. The noise carries even above the 20th floor, day and night, with no break overnight. The windows barely block it, so sleeping properly was impossible. If you're facing DIFC, avoid units 01 to, I think, 08 on the building's right side. The noise is unbearable.

The location makes getting to DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road easy, with DIFC a minute away on foot and Emirates Towers Metro Station about a five-minute walk. On higher floors, you get lovely views over DIFC and downtown. I’m a real estate agent, and I find the tower convenient and good value. There’s a supermarket open 24 hours, laundry, a barber, several restaurants, a coffee shop and a spa inside. Residents also have a pool, a well-equipped gym, a barbecue area with great views, large enclosed gardens, and quiet seating areas on every seventh floor, handy in the summer heat.
