I had a bad experience with the receptionist. They were rude and unprofessional, and treated my husband badly.

Very poor customer service, with no courtesy. Most of the time you can’t reach the customer desk, and they aren’t flexible about understanding customer needs or willing to provide service. Very, very poor. Not recommended.

The room had a burnt bedsheet when I checked in. I reported it right away, and Azam from housekeeping came to replace it, but only changed one side instead of the whole sheet. Later, when we took off the other side, there was a large red stain, so I called reception again for a clean sheet. Azam came back and raised his voice at us instead of simply helping. He said he’d taken a picture earlier and insisted the stain hadn’t been there, as if we had caused it. His manner was aggressive, confrontational, and disrespectful. As a paying guest, I expect a clean room and polite service, not to be shouted at or made uncomfortable in my own room. I’m extremely disappointed and angry about this unprofessional treatment. A guest should be helped and made comfortable, not made to feel like a problem. This reflects badly on Azam and on management for allowing it. I urge the hotel management to take this seriously. No guest should be treated this way. Staff need proper training, or shouldn’t be dealing with guests at all.

The reception staff were great, and the location was nice, about a 5-minute walk to the metro and 15 -20 minutes by car to the airport. The bed was okay, and the windows were large. The bathroom was a different story. There was no plug for the bathtub, so I couldn’t relax in a bath, and the shampoo in the dispenser barely made any foam. The shower leaked. I tried to fix it, but it would be better to call a professional. Water spilling over the tub edges went straight onto the floor and across the bathroom. Then came the cockroaches 🪳. When I saw the first little one, I thought it might just be a one-off. But I saw more every day, each new one bigger than the last. Make your own decision about staying here.
