I spent two nights at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach and had a lovely, comfortable stay. The location is great and the hotel has lots of amenities, but the friendly, helpful service is what stood out most. Everyone made me feel welcome. Special thanks to Eunice, Head of Food & Beverage, and Sara from the Marketing team. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for such an enjoyable visit.

Juliah and Oumeyma gave us such a warm, personal welcome at the start of our stay. Even though we had booked online, Juliah went out of her way to meet our needs and arranged a room with a magnificent sea view. She was attentive while taking our details, and when she learned it was my birthday, she arranged for the hotel to send a special gift to my room. After settling in, we enjoyed the clean, safe outdoor pool and chose half-board. The restaurant manager and Nadia's team offered a varied buffet. I especially recommend the pasta, cooked to order with your choice of ingredients. Zin was an efficient waitress with a lovely smile. The hotel is ideally located and clean, and the staff were helpful and efficient day and night. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Isabella at the front desk surprised us with an upgrade, which was a great start to our two-night stay with my 14 and 11 year old boys. We visited on 22nd May, and staff were generally warm and professional. They also let us check out at 1800hrs, so we could relax on our last day. That flexibility made this one of our best experiences. Since we didn't wake up in time for breakfast on either day, they even refunded our breakfast deposit. We'll definitely return soon.

The kids loved the food and had a great time throughout our stay. The pool and kids play area were good, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety. Our mini staycation package at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach also included early check-in, late check-out, and an upgrade to a sea-view room, which made the visit more enjoyable. We were disappointed that the included welcome amenity wasn't provided and that Chocolate Hour wasn't available, since the kids had particularly looked forward to it. Aside from those two minor points, everything else was fantastic. We'd happily recommend the hotel for a family staycation and look forward to visiting again.
