Tharusha from Housekeeping really stood out. His dedication, attention to detail, and positive attitude made a difference, and he always left my room perfectly clean and comfortable. Throughout my stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, friendly, and willing to help. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Tharusha and the whole team for the excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying again.

Akash kept our room fresh, clean, and well cared for each day, and his attention to detail really mattered. I was stranded in Dubai during the US/Israel - Iran conflict, and the staff looked after us so well and made sure we were comfortable through a stressful time.

I was rushing to catch my flight when I realized my phone was still in the taxi. Fabrice, Albin, and Aloysuis at Naumi Hotel acted right away and handled the situation professionally. I’m so grateful to them. Management should know what a caring team they have, people who step in and help guests when things go wrong.

The roof pool area was lovely, and the gym, sauna, and steam room were clean, with some good machines. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the staff there were great too. We had a lovely spacious room and a really comfortable bed. Getting to the airport was easy, and the main tourist spots were only short taxi rides away. There are also free shuttles to various beaches, malls, and islands. Saladin and Nimesh were incredibly helpful as room attendants, and the door staff helped with bags and directions to local restaurants and coffee shops. Reception were polite and friendly, and every staff member we met was attentive and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Mr. Dome greets us with a genuine smile every day, and his professionalism and kindness make us feel well looked after. He keeps our room, 816, spotless and organized, with careful attention to detail each day. His work has made our stay much more comfortable. We really feel he deserves special recognition, perhaps a promotion and a bonus, for his consistently excellent service and positive attitude. Thank you, Mr. Dome, for all your care and hard work.
