LUX The Elegant Palm Beach Suite

The restaurant staff were the best part of our stay at 8 Hotel on The Palm. They were friendly, attentive, and tried hard to handle our requests with a smile. The rooms were comfortable enough and decent, but nothing special. Reception left the opposite impression: the staff seemed disorganized, unhelpful, and less professional than we’d expect from a hotel of this standard. That affected how we felt about the property, and we wouldn’t come back. Thanks to the restaurant team for making part of the visit enjoyable.

Zanuar at Envy restaurant made our hotel stay feel special. He welcomed us warmly, kept an eye on every customer, and seemed to anticipate what people needed. He followed up on each request so well. His service lifted the whole experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Esther made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was so kind and polite, and went above and beyond to make our suite perfect. Her attention to detail and warm service made the stay memorable. If you’re looking for top-tier service, Esther is the best. Thank you!

Mr. Aqib at reception set a great tone for my visit. He greeted me warmly, was exceptionally courteous and professional, and went out of his way to help with check-in and local recommendations. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a spacious room and everything I needed to relax. I had a wonderful stay at Th8 Palm Hotel, and would highly recommend it for the great location, warm atmosphere, and hospitality.
