New 1-bedroom in Prime Gardens With Pool and gym

We lived in Arjan for 3 years and have been in Prime Gardens for 6 months. We really love this building, especially April, the reception manager, and Adeel from security. They're kind and always willing to help. The cleaning team does a great job, working on the shared areas from morning until night. It's a genuinely nice place. I'm not a fake reviewer, I'm an apartment owner and live here))).

Our two-bedroom corner apartment at Prime Gardens has been spacious and practical, with lovely furnishings that make it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The security and maintenance teams have been some of the best we've dealt with: professional, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile. We're sad to leave. This has been one of the most comfortable, well-managed residences we've lived in, and we'd recommend it to anyone thinking of moving in.

The place itself is good, but the company went with the cheapest subcontractors. The work inside the apartment looks ugly and unprofessional. It may be hard to get all of it fixed. Cheap-quality building.

The facilities are clean, and the building feels peaceful and safe. Prime Gardens is well maintained, with a good team. Mahboob, the building manager, is always responsive and helpful, while Adeel from security is polite and supportive. Abid and the reception staff are welcoming and helpful too. A great place to live in Arjan.
