From the pent on the 19th floor, you get a spectacular view of the Marina on one side and Sheikh Zayed Road on the other. The residential tower is in one of Dubai's most prime locations, the Marina. Maintenance is a letdown, though: the main entrance door was faulty, and there was humidity in the reception area. Apparently the association handles maintenance, and I can imagine that being a challenge when most investors are probably out of the country.

Parking availability could be better, but the professional, responsive staff and convenient access to nearby facilities add to the positive living experience. Trident Waterfront is well maintained, beautifully designed, and has impressive waterfront views and excellent amenities. A great choice for a quality waterfront lifestyle.

The building used to be serviced apartments and is now residential. It's starting to show its age.

The location is perfect, and that's what you're paying for. The place isn't the cleanest and really needs renovating, but you get what you pay for.
