On 27/08/2025, my family and I went to view an apartment for tenancy and lost more than two hours. Reception kept requesting documents, but the staff couldn't say clearly which ones they needed. During the process, a security guard stood near us watching the door, as if making sure none of us left unnoticed. The lack of a clear explanation was the most frustrating part.
The view from this apartment may look amazing, but the positives stop there. Plumbing, air conditioning, elevators, and fire alarms all have constant problems, and management has been unreliable and unresponsive. Living here has meant stress and regret. I wish I could undo signing the lease, I wouldn't do it again.
Building and facilities management is okay, but the kitchen is too small. Parking around the tower also gets very complicated when visitors come.

I strongly recommend against renting here long term because the quality is awful. Water pipes keep leaking, and management shuts off the water about once a month for repairs. The AC failed across the building for nearly five days in June-July, so we had to rent a nearby hotel to get some sleep. Fire alarms go off every other week, sometimes two or three times a week, including at night around 11 pm or 12 AM. In summer, there's also a constant smell from the trash chute on P4, where the gym and swimming pool are, because of poor ventilation.
