Parking is the main problem here. There's no space beside the tower for bikes or delivery riders. Parking on the tram side can mean a police fine, and trying to park inside involves too much waiting because of security. In the evening, the Sri Lanka security guy sits in the parking cabin and speaks rudely to delivery people, as if the place belongs to him. Please deal with this or provide parking inside. The security staff have a lot of attitude when deliveries arrive and treat people like they're the boss. Thanks.

Finding parking here is a miracle. The building itself is clean and has good security, and the entrance is a highlight. It's right by the tram station, with Carrefour and several fast food places nearby. There isn't a kids' play area, that's true, but residents do have plenty of facilities inside the building.

Ocean Height Tower is right beside the tram, which connects you to The Walk, the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. There's also a supermarket opposite the main entrance. Its location in Dubai Marina is strategic, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Golf Club, with the public beach, Eye of Dubai, and more just a few minutes away. It's a stunning luxury residential tower, a great apartment choice for living or for a family, and includes private parking.

I paid €50,000 in March for an expression of interest in a flat at Tower bay 2 by Cavalli, with the deadline imminent. Later I completed the flat purchase, but the first payment's countervalue had an exchange difference of 7,000 Dirham. I complained that a 4% difference from the official exchange rate was excessive. Before the purchase, the sales manager assured me the rate had been recorded correctly according to statistical market values. Afterward, he only suggested using their app to complain. I explained the issue in an audio recording there, but they dismissed the claim. The agent says they can't control their bank's exchange rate, yet they didn't even provide the bank account details to justify it. With no proof they acted in good faith, I'd advise future investors to be very careful: sending funds in your own currency could cost up to 4% more. There's nobody to turn to, and handling a flat purchase worth 7,000,000 Dirham this way seemed unprofessional. After my Google review, Damac replied asking me to contact them privately, as I had already done. They could have checked my registered details using my name, but nobody replied. Very poor after-sales customer complaint service, really unprofessional. I have to assume I've lost 7,000 Aed, and I'm worried about the next four years of payments before handover.
