Oriental Palace Hotel Apartments

Getting around was awkward because the hotel parking costs AED 60 and its entrance sits right by a signal and roundabout. There was also a cigarette smell in the rooms, lobby, and elevator, even though we were in a non-smoking room. The service made the stay disappointing too. We requested extra towels and an extra bed on check-in night. Both took much longer than promised, and the towels never came. When I followed up in the morning, reception said they couldn’t provide anything to guests checking out that day. That made no sense after they had failed to deliver the towels the night before, and the mix-up wasn’t our fault. Basic items like towels shouldn’t be an issue. It’s a strange policy, honestly. The hotel needs better communication and service.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is handy for the mall, shops, and metro stations. The kitchen could use more equipment, though. A hotel apartment should have a complete set of kitchen things.

Good value, and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly. Laura was especially attentive and made sure I had a pleasant stay.

The staff were so welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Laura deserves a special thank you for her kindness and attentive service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything went well from beginning to end, and I had a wonderful time. I’d recommend this hotel if you want comfort, warm hospitality, and a personal touch.
