The guards in the loading and unloading area are rude and don’t seem to understand English well. They’re often on phone or video calls instead of paying proper attention when someone needs help, especially the guard on duty right now.

The setting is peaceful but still close to Dubai Marina, JBR, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Public transport is limited, though there are supermarkets, schools, Skydive Dubai, and Marina Walk nearby. It suits upscale living, with lovely scenery and a calmer urban feel, but prices are on the high side. Residents have direct beach access and views of the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. The tower has spacious one to three-bedroom apartments with Miami-inspired modern interiors and big balconies, plus resort-style amenities such as an infinity pool, gym, children’s play area, BBQ spaces, and retail and dining outlets.
